    Product Description

    Product Overview

The acrylic gesso primer is a ready-to-use, permanent, flexible surface preparation medium designed for canvas, boards, paper, and other suitable substrates. Featuring an opaque black, water-based formula, it seals and protects the surface while providing the ideal tooth for improved paint adhesion. Suitable for both acrylic and oil painting, it can be applied in thin layers to create different surface textures without cracking. The gesso can also be mixed with acrylic colours to create custom coloured grounds and may be wet sanded and recoated for a smooth, flat finish.
