  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1499.

  • A small shipping fee may apply to orders below this value.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to track your shipment through our delivery partner’s website.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working to make this available soon.

Delayed or Lost Packages
